We are looking for a Solution Architect (EMEA) to guide customers through the integration process, providing technical support and ensuring seamless implementation. You will help design the best integration approach, test solutions, and collaborate with the product team to enhance our offerings. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset to bridge customer needs with product capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing:
Partner with customers throughout the implementation journey, providing technical guidance and ensuring a smooth integration experience.
Design scalable integration solutions tailored to customers' technical architecture and business requirements.
Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and drive issues to resolution by collaborating across engineering and product teams.
Validate and test integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and a seamless customer experience.
Act as the technical voice of the customer by sharing product feedback and influencing future product development.
Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams and serve as their primary technical advisor during implementation.
About You:
3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Support Engineer, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and the ability to read and troubleshoot code.
Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and modern web technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
