Learning Program Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Learning Program Coordinator to own our learning ecosystem. You will bridge employee growth needs with high-quality educational solutions, ensuring all training initiatives deliver measurable value.
Success in this role means ensuring that training providers meet our high standards, employees are consistently engaged, and the company's skill gaps are being quantifiably closed.
What You Will Be Doing:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications with learning schools (e.g. language schools).
Process and respond to individual Learning & Development requests.
Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) with stakeholders.
Source, assess, and liaise with external training providers.
Collaborate with SMEs and trainers on course creation
Plan, schedule, and organize learning and development activities (internal & external).
Evaluate training effectiveness and participants feedback.
LMS content management: create courses, assign users, track completions, create reports with the help of LMS Manager.
About You:
3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar HR/Training role
English language proficiency at C1+, knowledge of any other language is a plus
High level of autonomy and a strong sense of ownership over projects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles is a plus
Experience managing external vendors or the ability to quickly learn the process
Analytical mindset to evaluate training ROI and program metrics
