Now we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support, maintain, and continuously improve our internal infrastructure and systems used across the company. This role is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on DevOps and system engineering with real ownership over internal operations, working closely with multiple teams to keep the company running smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, deploy, and maintain internal infrastructure and services, including containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitLab) and maintain web infrastructure such as Nginx.

• Monitor system health, performance, and availability; troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-level issues.

• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.

• Support internal tools and platforms, working closely with internal developers to deploy and maintain applications.

• Ensure secure access to internal systems through access reviews, permission audits, and clear documentation of operational procedures.

• Participate in incident management and operational processes, including automation of internal workflows, finance-related tooling, and vendor coordination.
  

About You:

• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container-based environments, with practical knowledge of Kubernetes.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, including hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.

• Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Nginx and Linux-based systems.

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and system-level troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code tools, and monitoring/logging systems is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Organized and communicative, able to manage both technical and operational responsibilities effectively.
