We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to build and optimize our client onboarding email journeys — from welcome and onboarding sequences to webinar invitations and A/B testing.
This is an operational and project-focused role, not a traditional marketing position.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Creating and optimizing welcome/onboarding email sequences.
- Creating and planning A/B testing for email sequences.
- Creating engaging content (written and visual).
- Performing analysis of the content and drive changes based on the results.
- Driving various onboarding projects & programs directed on improvement of Client's onboarding journey.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams.
About You:
- Proven experience in lifecycle or email marketing and project management.
- Hands-on experience with Intercom or similar communication tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
