We are looking for a Solution Architect (USA) who will help our clients succeed through smooth and efficient integrations. In this role, you’ll guide customers throughout the implementation journey - from selecting the optimal integration approach to testing and fine-tuning solutions. You’ll also collaborate closely with the product team to share insights and shape future improvements.
This position calls for a mix of technical depth, communication skills, and problem-solving ability to translate complex customer needs into scalable, effective solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Design and recommend optimal integration architectures based on client needs
- Communicating with the customers and assisting them with technical questions during the integration stage
- Test and validate integration solutions to ensure seamless performance
- Collaborate closely with the product team to share insights and improve product functionality.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Support Specialist, ideally in software design or systems integration.
- Hands-on skills with JavaScript and a good grasp of software architecture concepts.
- Comfortable working across different operating systems and databases, quickly adapting to new technical environments.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under pressure.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
