We are looking for a Customer Success Project Manager to support and scale the operational backbone of our CS Processing team. You will improve and document processes, maintain a clear operational knowledge base, ensure alignment across teams, and support leadership in executing key initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing:
Cross-team coordination
- Act as a bridge between CS and other departments.
- Track and communicate important updates.
Task & project execution
- Support CS leadership with operational tasks and priorities.
- Manage the task tracking system and deadlines.
Customer communications
- Coordinate announcements about product updates and changes.
- Ensure timely, clear messaging to customers.
Process improvement
- Map, document, and update CS workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Track results of implemented changes.
Knowledge base management
- Own and maintain the CS internal wiki.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, structured, and easy to navigate.
About You:
Must-have
- 2–4 years in Customer Success, Operations, or Process Management.
- Experience documenting and improving workflows.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Experience with collaboration & documentation tools (e.g., Confluence / Notion).
Nice to have:
- Experience in SaaS/fintech/compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM/CS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Exposure to process improvement frameworks (Lean/Six Sigma mindset).
- Interest in automation or analytics tools.
