Marketing Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to oversee the operational side of marketing, from managing website updates and landing page production to improving internal processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is about structure, coordination, and continuous improvement ensuring projects move efficiently, tools are used effectively, and the team’s work is well-documented and scalable.
What You Will Be Doing:
Website & Landing Page Management
- Manage the full process of website updates — from minor edits to large-scale page launches.
- Coordinate between marketing, design, and development teams to ensure pages are delivered on time and meet requirements.
- Maintain the website changelog, track updates, and ensure version consistency.
- Support website performance monitoring and reporting in collaboration with analytics and SEO teams.
- Oversee page production workflows, content uploads, and QA before publishing.
Process & Operations Management
- Map and document key marketing processes to improve efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
- Manage and evolve light automations (ClickUp workflows, Slack notifications, Google Sheets trackers, chatbot certificates, etc.) in partnership with the technical automation specialist.
- Maintain internal documentation for tools, integrations, and standard procedures.
- Keep track of the tools the marketing team uses, ensuring access, consistency, and proper documentation.
Review Platform Management
- Oversee and maintain the company’s presence on external review platforms (e.g., G2, Trustpilot, etc.).
- Coordinate updates, content, and campaigns to improve visibility and performance on these platforms.
About You:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, web project management, or marketing coordination.
- English level from C1.
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack.
- Experience managing web projects (landing pages, content updates, reporting).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- You naturally look for structure and ways to make workflows more efficient.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams.
