We’re seeking a Transaction Monitoring Pre-Sales Manager to join our EMEA team and help clients understand the full value of Sumsub’s transaction monitoring solution. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding prospects and existing customers through the demo, testing, and evaluation stages — ensuring they’re confident and ready to move forward.This role blends technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and client-facing communication skills to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Discovery & Engagement: Conduct consultations with prospective and existing clients to understand their transaction monitoring needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Solution Demonstration: Deliver tailored product demos that clearly illustrate how Sumsub’s transaction monitoring platform addresses specific client use cases and compliance requirements.
- Testing & Integration Support: Guide clients through the API testing process, collaborating closely with their technical teams to ensure a smooth handover to Solution Architects for implementation.
- Client Success & Upselling: Support existing clients in adopting or expanding their use of the transaction monitoring tool, highlighting integration benefits and ROI.
- Feedback & Product Improvement: Collaborate with Product, Solution Architecture, and Compliance teams to relay client feedback and help shape product development.
- Compliance & Advisory: Provide expert guidance on AML, compliance, and fraud prevention strategies, helping clients stay ahead of regulatory expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience from first contact to go-live.
About You:
- Proven experience in transaction monitoring within crypto exchanges, PSPs, or traditional banking.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus.
- Sound understanding of AML, compliance, and fraud prevention principles.
- Familiarity with API integrations and a comfort level working with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences confidently.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Advanced English and proficiency in at least one additional European language (Spanish, Italian, or French preferred).
Will be a plus:
- Legal and/or compliance background.
