Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and dependable Marketing Project Manager to coordinate and support marketing initiatives across multiple regions. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in structured environments, excels at managing details, and ensures that projects are executed efficiently and on time.
The Marketing Project Manager will collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Managers across UK & Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, as well as cross-functional partners in product, sales, design, events, and demand generation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating clarity and stability in fast-paced environments.
What You Will Be Doing:
Events & Webinars Support
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including page setup, calendar invites, assets, registrations, and follow-ups
- Manage contract signature processes in collaboration with the Legal team
- Research, order, and track delivery of branded merchandise, print materials, and giveaways, maintaining clear communication with suppliers
- Set up webinars on Sequel, including pre-event details such as design assets and WordPress integration
Administration & Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date task tracking in ClickUp, ensuring visibility of progress across all projects
- Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders across departments and seniority levels in a professional and collaborative manner
- Oversee invoice processing, supplier communications, and internal approval workflows
- Manage shared folders, documentation, and reporting tools to keep information organised and accessible
Demand Generation Team Support
- Assist the Demand Generation team in preparing weekly updates and compiling progress reports
- Support workflow improvements to help the Demand Generation team operate efficiently
General Team Support & Communication
- Participate in regular meetings, providing updates on assigned projects and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Remain responsive and proactive across communication channels (Slack, email, etc.)
- Identify potential blockers early and work to resolve issues before they escalate
- Foster a sense of structure, control, and reliability in fast-moving situations
About You:
- Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines and responding to requests
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable using and learning new digital tools (ClickUp, Sequel, Slack, Superset/Tableau, etc.)
- Independent, proactive, and able to deliver results without close supervision
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Previous experience supporting a B2B marketing or events team
- Familiarity with SaaS industries
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp
- Direct involvement in organising webinars and in-person events
