Now we are looking for a Billing Manager to oversee the accuracy and consistency of our billing operations. This role is an exciting opportunity to build expertise in international finance processes and contribute directly to our company’s growth.
What You Will Be Doing:
Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices in the billing system.
Maintain billing data with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and billing inquiries.
Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to address client questions related to billing.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare regular billing and financial reports to support internal processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing procedures and workflows in cooperation with finance and operations teams.
