Now we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Operations team and help structure, optimize, and document internal operational processes.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive end-to-end project management for internal initiatives: define scope and goals, engage stakeholders, plan timelines and deliverables, coordinate execution across teams, monitor progress and mitigate risks, lead retrospectives and document learnings
- Create and maintain internal documentation: SOPs and team workflows.
- Analyze and improve existing Customer Operations processes.
- Build and maintain a structured internal knowledge base
- Coordinate regular syncs and retros with cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Product, Support, CSM).
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- Proven ability to manage internal projects end-to-end
- Strong process-thinking and structured approach to problem-solving
- Experience with internal documentation and workflow tools (Notion, Confluence, Jira, etc.)
- Basic technical fluency — understanding of API logic, front/back workflows, systems thinking
- English language proficiency (B2+)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
