Technical Partnership Manager (EMEA)

Now we are looking for a Technical Partnership Manager (EMEA) to take ownership of partner platform integrations and client onboarding across key region. This role is at the intersection of pre-sales, solution architecture, and customer success, supporting both large partner platforms and smaller integration partners.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead technical integrations with large partner platforms and third-party integrators from pre-sales through production launch.
- Own end-to-end onboarding, ensuring smooth deployment, setup, and go-live with partner solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, CSM, Engineering) to ensure partner success.
- Act as a technical expert for major partner platforms and integration partners, overseeing all aspects of solution delivery.
- Support clients throughout the full customer lifecycle, including upsell opportunities and technical escalations.
- Provide product knowledge, API guidance, and integration best practices to external stakeholders.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in technical partner management, solution architecture, technical pre-sales roles, or any customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS integrations, and web technologies.
- Proven track record of managing B2B client relationships and integrations end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with partner onboarding, technical documentation, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- English language proficiency (B2+).
- Experience with international markets or clients, especially in the EMEA, is an advantage.
