This isn’t an entry-level position — we’re looking for a seasoned professional capable of shaping an executive personal brand strategy online and bringing it to life through engaging content.
What You’ll Do:
Own and execute a personal brand strategy for a senior executive across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms — with a clear tone of voice and long-term positioning in mind.
Create high-impact content — from short-form posts and thought leadership to video scripts and narrative ideas that reflect the executive’s perspective, tone, and expertise.
Identify timely topics and trends across fintech, crypto, fraud, compliance, digital identity, and AI to plug into relevant conversations.
Collaborate with our marketing, intercom, and product teams to shape content that supports company narratives, launches, and events through a personal lens.
Manage content production workflows: coordinate with video editors, designers, and copywriters to ensure a steady cadence of high-quality content.
Track content performance, use engagement insights to refine strategies, and steadily expand the executive’s online presence.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in executive content, social media strategy, or personal brand management — ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or fast-paced tech environments.
Proven ability to work with founders or C-level executives in rapidly changing, multilingual environments while crafting content that stays true to their voice.
Sharp writing skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube growth strategies, including formats, hooks, and analytics.
Confident project management skills across multiple stakeholders and content workflows.
Strategic, creative, fast-moving, and adaptable — someone who thrives in a high-energy environment.
An interest in sports, longevity, nutrition, dogs, and even lizards is an added bonus.
