Now we are looking for a CRM Analyst to drive and optimize automation processes across departments. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the automation landscape of a growing tech company.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions across departments.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Customer Service, and others to identify and improve inefficient processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of automation systems with existing tools and platforms to boost operational efficiency.
- Monitor the impact of automation, analyze results, and report on key performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with the latest automation tools and practices to keep Sumsub ahead of the curve.
About You:
- Proven experience in workflow automation, process engineering, or similar roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto/compliance sectors.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, and basic coding.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pandadoc, Slack, Zapier, etc.
- Strong grasp of automation platforms and workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Skilled at explaining complex ideas to both tech and non-tech audiences.
- Fluent in English.
