Now we are looking for a Webinar Specialist to join our team!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Hosting live webinars to deliver expert insights to participants.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to schedule webinars & assign presenters, ensuring smooth execution.
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive webinar schedule aligned with client interests and company goals.
- Creating and curating content and presentation materials for webinars.
- Formulating and implementing strategies for future webinar themes based on industry trends and client preferences.
- Supporting the production of webinar resources, including presentation slides, handouts, and related documentation.
- Gathering & analyzing client feedback (as well as performance metrics) to improve webinars & their delivery.
About You:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success roles, experience with presenting/hosting webinars.
- Excellent verbal communication (fluent English, at least C1) and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and incorporate feedback into content development.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging webinar topics and content.
- Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and related technology.
- Proactive, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
