Onboarding & Knowledge Manager

Now we are looking for an Onboarding & Knowledge Manager to joun our team.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the department.
- Maintain and update the department’s internal wiki, keeping it structured and up to date.
- Collaborate with team leads to facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure a consistent training experience.
- Conduct training sessions, provide learning materials, and manage knowledge bases.
- Support the refinement and testing of the existing onboarding system with a pilot group of up to 10 employees before the end of the year.
- Develop and expand the knowledge base by creating additional training content.
About You:
- Strong operational and organizational skills.
- Experience in employee onboarding and knowledge management.
- Fluency in English (at least C1).
- Ability to work within the European time zone.
