Now we are looking for a GTM Enablement Expert to lead execution of Sumsub’s GTM’s strategy for the partner ecosystem through the partnerships channel.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead Execution of GTM Enablement Strategy: Drive the execution of Sumsub’s global GTM Enablement strategy across the partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment per product, industry, and region
- Partner Engagement & Training: Ensure partner involvement in enablement initiatives by delivering industry- and tier-based training sessions, including webinars, workshops, and tailored formats
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the GTM, marketing, and content teams to align messaging and materials with broader sales initiatives and market positioning. Work closely with the global partnerships team for consistent partner engagement
- Content Strategy & Development: Define and manage enablement and communication content requirements. Prepare educational materials and oversee their development and quality assurance, in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Internal Enablement & Expertise: Act as a GTM subject matter expert, delivering technical training and assessments to the internal partnerships team. Gather feedback and adapt enablement efforts accordingly.
- Task & Project Management: Define and manage tasks for content production teams (marketing, design, training), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Impact Analysis & Optimization: Collect feedback from partners, assess the effectiveness of enablement materials, and continuously improve communication and training processes based on data-driven insights.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Management, Education, or Partner Marketing
- Experience in building business-led educational courses is an advantage
- Experience with SaaS or related systems is a plus
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives
- Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently manage tasks in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills and project management abilities
- Proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent English (C1-C2)
