Now we are looking for an Instructional Designer/Learning Experience Designer to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and implement soft skills training programs for IT and support teams.
• Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Organize, facilitate, and conduct online meetups, Q&A sessions, and mastermind groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and manage collaborations with partners.
• Develop learning content for e-learning and/or instructor-led training.

About You:

• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Ability to distinguish high-quality training from ineffective ones.
• Strong results-oriented mindset rather than process-driven approach.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of communication.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
