We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to drive product development and execution. You will manage the full development cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Working closely with Product Managers, you’ll align teams, streamline operations, and optimize workflows. This role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and manage the full task development cycle, ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to drive our product development, focusing on operational efficiency.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and provide clear updates to all stakeholders on project status.

• Coordinate cross-team communication to ensure alignment and smooth workflows.

• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product performance and user experience.

About You:

• 3+ years of proven experience in project management within SaaS or B2B environments.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth development cycles.

• Ability to gather, interpret, and apply user insights to improve product performance while proactively identifying and resolving issues.

• Proactive and responsible approach to work.

• Expertise in project management processes and best practices.

• Experience in documentation management and process implementation.

• Proficiency in task tracking and knowledge management tools (e.g., JIRA, YouTrack, Asana, Confluence, Notion, Google Docs).

• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
