We’re seeking a strong Legal Counsel to provide employment law support and advice. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by structuring and streamlining legal workflows in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive strategic HR initiatives by providing employment law guidance for business operations.
• Draft and update employment-related agreements, templates, and documentation, including employment policies, employment agreements, and process documents.
• Lead employment-related compliance and privacy matters, ensuring HR practices meet legal requirements across all operations.
• Handle complex employee relations.
• Support HR teams and the rest of the legal team with day-to-day legal advice, from routine questions to urgent employment matters.

About you:

• Have a university degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Have 5+ years of experience in international labor law, including significant time with a global company or a company with substantial cross-border operations (preferably with emphasis on EU jurisdictions).
• Strong employment law expertise, with knowledge of international HR practices and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to research complex legal questions and provide practical, business-focused advice.
• Proven professional judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, as you'll be working extensively with English-speaking colleagues.
