Full-Funnel Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This is a full-funnel role, combining top-of-the-funnel awareness campaigns (e.g., programmatic, YouTube), demand generation (e.g., LinkedIn campaigns), and lead generation (e.g., Paid Search, Meta). You’ll take ownership of a specific product and regional bundle, adapting global campaign playbooks to local market realities and collaborating with in-house product marketers, copywriters, designers, and analysts.What You Will Be Doing:
- Combine hands-on execution with strategic and project management responsibilities: many initiatives will involve orchestrating efforts across different media buyers to achieve the goals.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across programmatic, video (YouTube), social (LinkedIn, META), paid search and display channels.
- Collaborate with internal experts to define and execute strategic launch concepts, not just tactical setups.
- Work with product and regional marketing managers to define campaign goals, key messaging and audience targeting.
- Own the end-to-end campaign process: from planning and briefing to execution, measurement, and learnings.
- Maintain alignment with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality creatives for each stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate with analysts to measure impact on key milestones (engagement, pipeline contribution, conversions).
This is a full-funnel role, so success metrics will depend on the type of campaign you’re leading:
- For awareness campaigns (e.g. YouTube, Programmatic, Display, DOOH), we track Reach, Frequency, Engagement, and Brand Lift.
- For lead generation and demand campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads), we focus on Leads Volume and Leads Quality.
About You:
- 3+ years in B2B digital marketing with hands-on experience in paid social, paid search, programmatic and video advertising (experience with Digital Outdoor advertising or DV360 will be an advantage).
- Experience managing full-funnel campaigns across multiple regions.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads and Programmatic.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of developing and leading cross-channel, strategic campaigns, not just executing tasks in platforms.
- Proactive communicator with project ownership mindset.
- Data-driven mindset and confident in campaign performance evaluation.
