We are seeking a motivated and creative Assistant Content Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing visual content for educational materials tailored for compliance professionals, risk and fraud analysts. The ideal candidate will work closely with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to enhance visual storytelling and ensure clear visual communication in our educational solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collect and curate visual assets, including images and stock videos, to support educational content.
• Create moodboards to visually represent educational themes and concepts.
• Collaborate directly with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to align visual content with educational objectives.
• Provide visual references and detailed explanations to the design team to facilitate template creation.
• Develop storyboards that visually outline and plan educational materials, ensuring alignment with script content.
• Assist in refining scripts by incorporating principles of visual storytelling to enhance engagement and comprehension.
• Assemble presentations using provided templates, ensuring consistency and clarity in visual communication.
• Assemble rough-cut videos and create high-level timelines based on defined timecodes, ensuring a cohesive flow of visual and educational content.

About You:

• Previous experience in content development, multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software is critical.
  
• Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or other video editing software.
  
• Basic knowledge of image editing (Photoshop, Photopea, etc.).
• Familiarity with moodboarding software (e.g., Milanote, Miro, Pinterest).
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• A strong sense of visual communication and aesthetics.

Will be a plus:

• Wireframing skills are an asset.
  
• Knowledge of AI image design tools is an asset.
