Now we are looking for a candidate who can balance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency under tight deadlines. Prior experience with Big-4 audit companies for 3+ years will be competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Preferred certifications: ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience: 3-5 years in payroll management, finance, audit, or accounting.
• Prior experience with big4 audit companies or any payroll systems/ HR is a competitive advantage. Proven leadership experience is also important.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS (or GAAP).
