Now we are looking for a Sales Processing Manager to define the key trajectories for efficient and relevant pricing and quota strategies development.
What you will be doing:
- Defining, implementing, and managing key instruments for timely pricing and quota updates
- Working closely with the pricing team and the sales team to deliver transparent pricing conditions and quotas to the sales managers and the clients
- Ensuring that existing quota templates are up-to-date, cover customer’s business needs effectively, and are easy to create and share
- Analyzing quota’s performance and results and initiating changes when needed
- Collaborating with Legal and Sales teams to streamline agreement conclusion, optimize signing flow, and ensure legal compliance
- Monitoring and analyzing existing sales operations to detect delays or errors and take corrective actions
- Managing the company’s CRM and SaaS service for document processing
- Communicating the insights to relevant stakeholders to promote strategic decision-making and foster continuous improvement
About you:
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales operations, sales processing, pricing analytics or project management in Fintech, Regtech, Compliance, systems, and other related fields
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- A tech background will be a huge advantage
- Experience with G-sheets / Excel; G-slides / PowerPoint; CRMs (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc); Miro or other visualisation software; Analytical software (experience with Superset and basic knowledge of SQL will be simply amazing)
- Experience with the contract software implementation, management, and training will be a big plus
- Detail-oriented, thorough approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
